Restatement: Solana facilitator-gasless 30-day volume

The Solana facilitator-gasless 30-day volume moved from 260095.81 USD to 428846.38 USD. Cause: Coverage widened under an unchanged measurement contract. The indexed query filtered on 17 facilitator fee-payer keys frozen in its SQL, while the on-chain scanner derives 24 from the live CDP catalogue plus seeds; the indexed set was a strict subset, missing seven keys including the one carrying the second-largest settlement count in the window. The query now derives its key list from the same source as the scanner and confirms the SQL before executing, so the two paths can no longer describe different facilitator universes. Settlements move from 10612825 to 13164229 and distinct sellers from 220 to 1410 for the same reason. The prior figure covered 17 of the 24 known facilitators and was an undercount of the same window. The prior figure was published and is not deleted: it remains in the historical record, marked as superseded by this notice.
